Back to the beach. This is actually my favorite of the slow shutter speed shots I took on the boardwalk. I'm not sure why I didn't include it in the first batch I posted, probably some twisted, anal retentive desire to save the best for last. Anyway there's no reason to delve into my multitudinous personality defects at this juncture. I shot this one panning at 1/6 sec. at f29, focal length 40mm.

It was no more than 35 degrees F and this guy was somehow playing a very dexterous blues. I was taking my hands out of my gloves for a few minutes at a time to fire off a few shots and then putting them back in when they got stiff with cold. I have no idea how he could do it but there was probably some quality antifreeze involved.
