I've discovered that I'm most interested in photographing people. That is not to say that I have no interest in photographing wildlife, landscapes, seascapes, architecture, or sports, but really the most fascinating subject is human beings. We are the creators of the physical universe, the containers of love, joy, fear, anger, anxiety, and ennui. And we display all of this in our faces. When I take photos of people I am taking photos of myself. In fact there is a very real sense in which all photos are self-portraits because they express a unique view of the world.

These were converted to B&W using the Channel Mixer in Photoshop CS. I'm trying some different methods to see what works best. Anyone have any advice?
